Before I built automations, I was the one doing the manual work. From medical billing to frontline support, I know exactly what it feels like when systems break down—when details slip through the cracks, follow-ups stall, and teams spend hours organizing work instead of actually doing it.
That experience is why I transitioned into automation. I am passionate about rescuing teams from broken processes. I hunt down inefficiencies and build structured solutions that reduce human error and restore peace of mind behind the scenes. While n8n is my preferred platform, I can also work with tools like GoHighLevel, Make, and Zapier depending on the business setup and what the workflow needs.
